do you like baseball? would you bring your child or yourself to come to a batting cage, how well in your opinion would it do. selling food and having six cages at a dollar for 15 balls that would be about 2 minutes a round. do you think its a flop or possible potential for a successful business. i know you don’t know all the financial angles but your opinion does not hurt. thanks for reading and maybe one day your kid will be there

I haven’t played softball in 5 years but played for 6 years in middle and high school. I am about to join a softball team at my work and hope I can still play. I went to the batting cages and tried 60mph baseball one and was able to hit most of those balls is thta good for a girl? How hard is it really to hit a 60mph baseball?

My 13 yr old girl plays competitive fast pitch and I got her a new Easton Stealth composite bat for this fall. I’ve been told that it shouldn’t be used at the cages w/ the dimpled balls or against our pitching machine because it could ruin it. Is this true? Could we put a sleeve on it to protect it? I’m a carpenter and this purchase was expensive for us and couldn’t be replaced easily.

At my local batting cage, I was hitting really well on medium setting (which was throwing consistent strikes with a varying location), and when I went to fast, I did ok, but swung and missed at a lot. A lot of the pitches were balls, so that did not help. Am I a bad hitter for not being able to hit consistantly on fast if most of the pitches are balls. Its not that my timing is bad, just that I cannot hit bad pitches
