I think that after Labor day, the playoff should begin,…and the World Series should be done by the last week in September! Enough already! Let’s make room for the football season to begin & be over before it get too cold! Tailgating is not as much fun in cold weather! Then Basketball season can be nice and cosey for long Winter evenings! And be done by March Madness,…then we can start all over with Baseball again! Now doesn’t this sound like life as it is suppose to be???

I need fast money because i need to buy a new bat for baseball. since it is February i can’t mow lawns and i can’t shovel snow ( it didn’t snow this year for me) i am only 13.

I had a thought the other day, why not change the Major League Soccer schedule to later in the year, after leagues like Champions League is over. This would give international players the chance to play here in the offseason; (kind of like winter ball in baseball.) I mean players always need to stay fit. Vladimir Guerrero does it for MLB, whay can’t other sport athletes?

im a pitcher for my college team. i wanna workout and get stronger but im not sure how much lifting i should do. i have had elbow problems in the past with tendonitis. we are in the middle of winter practices and games start in the beginning of march.

In high school I was an iron man Soccer(fall) Wrestling(winter)Baseball(spring)changed to lacross as senior the following spring All with all county status. Im an athelete not a fan of sports there is a difference, lets not compare sports to other sports that just shows your angry. yes baseball has a long schedule but it does not mean its hard they are tierd from traveling not playing. please some one tell me whats so exciting about watch it athleticlly, Is scoreing runs ,KOs tuchdowns,baskets ,goals the must iportant thing u rather watch boring play as long as you win then in that case u are a fan.I guess thats why they allowed steriods in base ball .. And I find baseball as the only sport any one can play holding a beer can drunk the only good thing my opionion.

For Christmas I got a new glove. My high school tryouts start in March and my glove needs to be broken in. I usually like to break them in by playing catch, to better form the pocket but since it is winter in NE that isn’t possible. Any ideas?
i cant go out and play-that is the problem….
no people-im not putting a 200 dollar glove in the oven

Hi I’m entering my junior year of high school and this year i plan to really focus on baseball. I plan on lifting 4 times a week throughout the fall and winter and i was wondering what is the best protein supplement out there for baseball pitchers to take to increase muscle mass? My son enjoys playing soccer and baseball with his other brothers and cousins. He’s said he wants to try out next fall for soccer, and in the winter for baseball. He seems quite nervous about it all and how the other kids will judge his playing. He doesn’t play poorly, however I’ve noticed he does get uptight when the cousins bring friends he’s never met to play the sports.
