Hey Michael, I recommend a protein powder by simplify to all of my clients, it tastes great and I find it to be made with great ingredients. For supplements I recommend Muscle Tech products. I think your main focus needs to be on nutrition, a high protein low carb diet, which means cutting out fast food, fried foods, candy and soda. grilled chicken and fish are great as well as kashi cereal and kashi bars. Make sure you drink a lot of water at least a gallon a day. Make sure to eat 6 to 8 times a day. Next choose a good exercise program. take a look at my site for some great info and exercises. If you have any questions please contact me

Any whey protien product will work.

You want to work out your arms and drink it right after. It'll give great muscle build.

But dont forget to work out the rest of your body, huge biceps and no shoulder muscles is an accident waiting to happen. You also need to train legs and back, dont neglect them.
