backyard batting cage
i was just curious on peoples thoughts. we have 2 NEW stadiums going up in minneapolis. the twins are getting a new outdoor baseball stadium in 2010 and the gophers just got a new outdoor football stadium. so it will happen sometime but when?!!!

    Next year because it needs to be a team from the West and it will most likely be an American team so I would assume a Colorado Avalanche vs. Minnesota Wild Winter Classic Match up at either Colorado or Minnesota but Minnesota would be the best choice cause it is always colder.

    The problems is that people in Minnesota love hockey, and we all Bettman doesn’t like places that love hockey. Minnesota doesn’t need the frivolity of the Winter Classic to get people to show up.

    As a Canadian, I must say you Minnesotans love hockey just as much as we do. With that said, probably never, as long as Gary Bettman is in charge.

    when you think of the MN state high school hockey tourament
    and Hockey Day Minnesota
    the NHL might pass up MN for the Winter Classic
    at least for a couple years

    let me answer your question with a question. a winter classic game in Minnesota does sound like a good idea but where would the game be held?
