i play 3B and i pitch. i pitched about 30 pitches and i took infield and made maybe 15 throws. i worked on my mechanics over the winter and there fine now. i don't know if i should ice my arm or heat it. its more of my elbow and a muscle in my forearm that hurts a little from throwing my curve ball

ICE, always ICE. It reduces the swelling. You never see a major leaguer put heat on their arm when they’re done for the day.

you should def. ice your arm…never heat your arm

You have to ice. In between innings you should keep your arm warm, in a jacket or sweatshirt. Don’t ice during a game because that can get your arm tight which may result in an injury. But once the game is over you need to ice.

Most people say Ice and it probably works better, but I actually do both. First I ice it and then a few hours after that I heat it.
