backyard batting cage
I'm playing baseball this year and I wanna be a huge improvement from last year so I wanna train all through winter. Any good drills I could do. INdoors preferrably but give me some outdoor drills too for the spring.

outside: hit on the tee, tie a mini parachute 2 your back for speed, and definitely, get a really skinny and heavy stick like the”hit stick.”
Inside: mirror drills are perfect look in the mirror and practice swinging without a bat. Make sure you have everything perfect, feet, hands, hips, etc. I play travel ball so this stuff works really good
