should i buy a bat, to bat by myself?

hi i have like a dozen of baseballs that i don't really use and theres a batting cage near my house and
im wondering should i buy a bat just to throw a ball up and hit it?would it make me a better hitter
ps~i have no friends that like baseball :(
i am on a team but my teammates live far away and they fat/lazy

    Yes, I play baseball by myself all the time. Get a bat and some tennis balls (or real ones) and just hit the balls into the back stop so you dont have to chase after them ^_^

    if you enjoy it then why not. Also check with your local parks and rec department. there could be a team you could join so that you can at least meet others who enjoy the sport too.

    no it wouldn’t because nobody throws you a drop toss pitch right next to you. they are 60 feet away trying to strike you out.

    join a team. or have someone give you batting practice

    it probably wont make u a better hitter. the best thing to do when ur by yourself is to do T work. that will always make u a better hitter. u need a bat for that though
