Is this good for a girl?

I haven't played softball in 5 years but played for 6 years in middle and high school. I am about to join a softball team at my work and hope I can still play. I went to the batting cages and tried 60mph baseball one and was able to hit most of those balls is thta good for a girl? How hard is it really to hit a 60mph baseball?

    Not to hard for an atheletic girl. If you played fastpitch in HS you saw 60MPH pitching all the time. But if you want to play on a work softball team, its probably slow pitch and hitting on a 60MPH machine is going to screw up your timing. Stick to the speed that you will be seeing.

    its not that hard…we set our pitching macines at 60 and we all can hit them
