Alright everyone here is my situation, im entering my senior year next year, and over this summer i want to get unbelivable for next season and for my future for college and possibly beyond. Now ive been a two year varsity starter so far and have played decent so far, but I havent been scouted at all. My junior year I started right field and batted in the 300s for most of the season and made no errors in the outfield. I want to go to a division 1 school as a walk on because thats my only chance to play there.
I've dedicated my whole summer and beyond to baseball because I want to be really good next year to lead my team. So my question to all of you is what kind of things should I do this summer to get really good for my future. Examples how many swings should I take a day in the cages, etc, etc. Im going to work my tail off this summer to become the best I can be, so your input on my situation and what you think would be greatly appreciated. Do you think I have a chance?

Yes I think you have a chance.
Practice is your key thing in this situation, but also remember to take care of yourself and create a day or two to rest.. I would just practice until you have had enough. Doesnt matter how many swings.. Find a person that is willing to help coach you or watch your form. They will show you where your weakest points are, and go from there. good luck!
Focus on Tenacity, Tantamountivity, trailsmanship, and a healthy dose of tetra-hydra-cannibinol.
Sure you have a chance. but don’t neglect your studies thinking you’ll make it to the pros. Very few get a sports scholarship sometimes it depends on the coach if he sees a Young athlete with outstanding abilities they notify the scouts.
You need a summer league. YOu have to keep honed. Also, and I’m just throwing this out there, Why Div I as a walk on. I wouldn’t limit myself. I’d look at all the possibilities.. Div II, Naia, You might have a better chance of playing and I don’t think you want to be a benchwarmer collecting more wood than hits. Just me.
I have a son who is a Junior in High School and has been playing ball since he was young. He has always had natural talent but now others have caught up to his abilities. He has 2-3 friends that get together at least 4-5 times a week and watch each other, advise and comment on performance. This has seemed to really help all the guys.
