I also live about three miles away from a huge gaming facility and the batting cages are constantly busy. I like the idea...and it would be fun. You make the most during basebal/softball season which is SPRING/Summer. Consider closing it for winter or offer someting that can be done during this time..As a softball coach, we take our team there for batting practice so you might focus on this aspect 35 dollars for one hour of non stop batting, on one cage.. I also think you could charge more than a dollar per round, but not too much more. The more you offer the more chance to succeed. Video games, food, other fun stuff for kids and even the non-baseball players. Think about softball too. Good luck.
