I have used the SKLZ weighted training balls and this product by Markworth is just as effective, and the quality of the ball is just as good. I purchased this particular weight (7 oz) as it is 2 oz. heavier than a standard baseball (which weighs 5 oz.) and I felt would be effective to slowly build up strength before moving to a heavier weighted baseball. I recommnend this product.
